Who are some wrestlers that are missing from this year that were stellar from past years?
Like Corbin Uhler? What happen to him after he sat out for a year to move to Mingus after that one coach left?
Could of been a four timer...
We’ve all been there.
You know the tournament that says it’s going to have a certain amount of teams there. Only for your team to show up and then have barely enough for a sixteen man bracket.
Or the tournament that doesn’t start at the time it says it will and decide to have a four hour...
it could be worse you could have a handful of wrestlers leave their school to follow a coach to another school. Even though that breaks prior contact rules and all but hey it’s cool to throw one wrestler under the bus because he has a character flaw.
Attitude reflects leadership.
It could be worse, you could be at a JV wrestling tournament and have some ref give a twenty minute coaching clinic to you and your wrestlers before the tournament even starts.
He even went as far was running over to another mat that he wasn’t even officiating on and dinging a JV wrestler for...

No one needs a coaches clinic at a JV tournament at the end of January. Pretty sure you just like to hear the sound of your voice.
Also dinging a JV wrestle for clicking the strap on his head shut while...
It does raise an interesting question with all those Mingus transfers that left Camp Verde. How is that now prior contact? How is it ok with the AIA for them to just sit out a year but follow a coach to another school. Kind of shady business...
Is it true that Ryan Allred and his dad are taking the reigns and coaching Camp Verde now because if so then I think they will do a fine job of not better in the years to come.
Late to this post, but is there any news on why the other coach left? Think Coach K is going to do a great job with the program like he has done in the past.
