Az cadet junior national qualifier

Can someone explain why they have a qualifier to see who the best kid is and than doesn't get invited on the dual team?? Yet they want us to represent them at regionals , Fargo and buy there gear, go to there camps, allow them to coach our kids, pay there dues!? What a joke in my opinion what am I missing here??

Is there a list of the team members for the Duals and/or Fargo team available anywhere?
