Just wanted to give a shout out to Kendall Bryant of Snowflake Smokehouse. Chino Valley High School puts on a Prime Rib Dinner every year to honor our vets. It serves as our biggest fundraiser of the season. We found ourselves without anyone able to BBQ all of the prime rib because our local BBQ restaurant owner was out of town. It is quite an undertaking, but Kendall reached out and offered to fill in although he is almost 4 hours away. Just another example of how tight knit our wrestling family can be.
