I’m taking my varsity guys to the one next weekend in Tempe but is there a JV one being held?
Is there a Junior High JV State Tournament?

Not that I am aware of - many programs struggle to field a full "A" (Varsity) team. For your better JV kids who want the experience, to my knowledge, they can enter Tempe as unattached wrestlers. It would be good for them. Tough, but good experience for those mentally prepared for it.
