Camp Verde Duals: Sunnyside has pulled out to bigger and better tournaments. We are looking for 6 teams this year.

Weigh – In: Friday, December 2nd: 9:30 am – 10:30 am
Saturday, December 3rd: 8:00 am – 9:00 am
Coaches Meeting: Friday, December 2nd: 10:30 am
Wrestling Session: Friday 11:00 am – 10:00 pm
Saturday(1 lb. Allowance) 9:30 am – 8:00 pm
Entry Fee: $400 (Helps Pay for Trophies, Medals, and Referees)
Hospitality Room: The Hospitality Room will be for coaches, bus drivers, officials, and tournament workers only. It will be well stocked during the 2 day tournament. Concession Stand: The concession stand will be available on Friday and Saturday. Please inform your wrestlers.
Scoring: The tournament will be organized into two pools (16 Teams). The two pools will have 8 teams each. We will seed the top two wrestlers from each pool in a championship bracket. We will seed the third and fourth seeded wrestlers from each pool in a consolation bracket for 5th through 8th places. The seeding will be set by the win/loss records from the seven duals. We will use the total points earned from the duals and a point system for the medal round to determine the top four teams. (Substitutions will be allowed. Explanation to follow.)
Awards: Awards for the top 2 teams. Medals for the top 6 wrestlers in each weight class. Awards to the 1st place finishers and second place finishers. Plaque for the Fastest Pin. Also, plaques will be awarded for the Outstanding Wrestlers: 3 OWA’s.
