Middle school coaches: e-mail your rosters (names and weights) for grades 6-8 by Friday (11/13) @ 5 pm. We need this information so we can bracket Friday night and have an earlier start time on Saturday. If you do not e-mail rosters for grades 6-8 on Friday, those wrestlers will not be allowed in the tournament. Wrestlers must make their listed weight on the roster; no switching weight classes on Saturday.

E-mail rosters to kmckean@muhs.com

Also, wrestlers competing in the elementary school tournament (K-5) must pay a flat fee of $20 per individual. You cannot combine K-5 wrestlers with your middle school team entry fee of $175.

K-5 wrestlers will register, pay, and weigh-in Saturday morning. Brackets for K-5 will also be drawn up on Saturday. Every K-5 wrestler is guaranteed 3 matches and will be awarded a medal.

Middle school tournament results are attached.

Congratulations to AZ Grapplers and Thorobred for their Team Champion and Team Runners-Up finishes, respectively.

Between the middle and elementary school tournaments we hosted over 400 wrestlers. Both tournaments finished on schedule, 2:30 and 6:30 pm. Thank you to all the participating schools/clubs, and especially the coaches, for coming back to our tournament every year.

Special thanks to the Chino Valley High School Wrestling Team, Coach Cobb, and Coach Foster! They ran the elementary tournament for us and did an excellent job.
