LAS VEGAS, NEVADA — One of the nation’s biggest preseason wrestling tournaments is returning to Las Vegas this October. The 2026 FreakShow, presented through RMN Events, is scheduled for October 24–25, 2026, at the Westgate Resort & Casino.
With over 5,000 competitors expected from approximately 40 states, this year’s tournament promises another massive weekend of national-level competition featuring some of the country’s most talented youth, middle school, and high school wrestlers.
Taking place during the Halloween season, the FreakShow has established itself as a major destination for wrestling families looking to test their athletes against competition from across the United States.
A National Stage for Youth and High School Wrestlers
The FreakShow isn’t your typical weekend wrestling tournament. Athletes travel from across the country to compete against nationally recognized opponents, state champions, and rising stars in their respective age and weight divisions.
For Arizona wrestlers, the event provides an opportunity to compete outside the state, gain experience against unfamiliar opponents, and measure themselves against athletes from some of the nation’s strongest wrestling programs.
The tournament offers boys’ and girls’ divisions, from young elementary wrestlers through high school elite competitors.
Last year’s tournament reportedly sold out with approximately 6,000 wrestlers, demonstrating the event’s enormous popularity.
