Arizona-Wrestling.com is dedicated to growing, promoting and documenting the sport of wrestling throughout the state of Arizona. Our goal is simple: give Arizona wrestlers, families, coaches, clubs and fans a place they can depend on for wrestling news, rankings, tournament information, results, photos, videos and stories from across the state. From young athletes stepping onto the mat for the first time to high school state champions and wrestlers competing at the national and collegiate levels, we believe Arizona wrestling deserves a platform built specifically for our community.
We cover wrestling at every level — youth, junior high, high school, girls wrestling, college and beyond. Arizona has developed an incredible wrestling culture filled with talented athletes, dedicated coaches, hardworking families and programs that continue to raise the level of competition. We want to shine a spotlight on all of it. That means recognizing champions, but it also means telling the stories of the wrestlers, coaches, parents, clubs and tournament directors who put in countless hours behind the scenes to help this sport grow.
A major part of Arizona-Wrestling.com is providing the community with rankings, results and information that people can actually use. Our rankings are designed to create conversation and recognition while continually being updated as new results and information become available. We encourage coaches, parents, wrestlers and members of the Arizona wrestling community to submit results, corrections and information. The more our wrestling community participates, the stronger and more accurate the resource becomes.
We also believe Arizona wrestling is bigger than any single school, club, organization or tournament series. Our goal is to support wrestling throughout the entire state. We want to promote great tournaments, recognize deserving athletes, highlight coaches and programs doing things the right way, support the continued explosion of girls wrestling and help families discover opportunities for their wrestlers. Whether a wrestler comes from a powerhouse program or a small club just getting started, accomplishments earned on the mat deserve recognition.
Most importantly, Arizona-Wrestling.com is built for the Arizona wrestling community. This sport teaches discipline, toughness, accountability, sacrifice and perseverance, and those values deserve to be celebrated. We want this site to become a place where Arizona wrestling history is recorded, today’s athletes are recognized and the next generation is inspired.
