A CHAMPION is not only someone who wins titles but who focuses on continuous improvement everyday and puts in effort to do the best of which they are capable.
It is not just learning moves and working hard but working on the right skills and mindset “To Be better than you were yesterday”. Not a record or medals. Those are only results of continuous improvement everyday.
Being a champion starts now with the way you think, talk, act, and train. Not at the end of the season at the league, state, or the national tournament. Enjoy the process – the good, the bad, and the ugly! We all start from somewhere.
Come let us help you be the best you can be and to be the champion you want to be starting today!

This Camp Helps You Improve In 5 PRIMARY Areas Of Wrestling:
- 1-optimal offensive positions, dominant hand-fighting skills, counter attacks
- 2- mastering the go-around and front headlock position
- 3- leg attack counters and high percentage offensive setups and finishes
- 4- offensive position and hand-fighting skills from bottom
- 5- controlling top positions and the infamous near & far-side cradles.
