This isn’t your normal wrestling tournament. Cosmic Clash transforms the arena into a neon wrestling experience with blacklights, fluorescent accents and wrestlers battling it out under the lights.
🤼 TOURNAMENT INFO
• Folkstyle Wrestling
• Youth through High School — K–12th Grade
• Boys & Girls Divisions
• Age is determined by the wrestler’s age on the day of the event
• Double-Elimination format
• RMN reserves the right to combine brackets when necessary
• NFHS rules with RMN modifications
• Headgear mandatory for ages 13 & under
• Headgear optional for ages 15 & above
🏆 AWARDS
Cosmic Clash traditionally features HUGE custom-made awards for placers, along with team and Outstanding Wrestler recognition.
⚖️ WEIGH-INS
Wrestlers must weigh in wearing approved wrestling gear.
RMN weigh-in guidelines require a wrestling singlet OR a two-piece compression shirt and shorts without pockets.
Wrestlers should leave singlet straps down for the skin check.
A current NFHS Wrestling Skin Lesion Form is required when applicable, and the head official/trainer has final authority regarding skin conditions.
📄 PROOF OF AGE
Be prepared to provide a state-issued birth certificate and current report card in the event of an age protest or if requested by tournament officials.

Consolation matches have 30 seconds removed from the first period.
